At Kouture Krown, we aim to ship all orders quickly, securely, and efficiently. Please review our Shipping Policy before completing your purchase.

1. Processing Time

  • Standard processing time is 2–5 business days.

  • Processing does not include weekends or holidays.

  • Custom or special-order hair may require additional time.

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order is being prepared.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Shipping options (Standard, Priority, Express) are available at checkout based on your location.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • 3–7 business days for Standard

  • 1–4 business days for Priority/Express

Delivery times vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or holidays. Kouture Krown is not responsible for extended transit times once the package is in the carrier’s possession.

4. Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing an order.
Kouture Krown is not responsible for:

  • Wrong or incomplete addresses

  • Delayed delivery due to customer error

  • Packages returned to sender

If a package is returned, the buyer must pay a new shipping fee for reshipment.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered, Kouture Krown is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages damaged in transit

If a package is lost or damaged before delivery, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

7. International Shipping (If Applicable)

If international shipping is enabled:

  • Delivery times vary by destination

  • Customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the buyer’s responsibility

  • Kouture Krown is not liable for delays due to customs

8. No Shipping on Services

This shipping policy applies only to physical products.
Services such as K-tip installs, consultations, or classes do not involve shipping.
