Refund Policy

At Kouture Krown, I strive to provide exceptional service and high-quality products. Please review the refund policy below to understand how refunds, exchanges, and adjustments are handled for both services and products.

1. Services (K-Tips, Installations & All Hair Services)

All service sales are final.
Once a service has been performed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

However, your satisfaction is important. If you experience an issue with your service:

  • You must contact me within 72 hours of your appointment.

  • A complimentary adjustment may be offered at my discretion, depending on the situation.

  • Adjustments do not include style changes or new services.

2. Product Refunds (Hair Care Products & Tools)

To ensure quality and hygiene:

  • No refunds or returns on used or opened products.

  • Unopened and unused products may be returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase.

  • Packaging must be in original condition.

All clearance or discounted items are final sale.

3. Hair Extensions (K-Tip Hair, Bundles, Wigs, etc.)

Because hair extensions are a hygienic product and individually sourced:

  • All hair extension sales are final.

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges due to color mismatch, texture preference, density preference, or installation by another stylist.

  • If there is an issue with the hair before installation, you must notify me within 48 hours of receiving the product with photos and video evidence.

Hair extensions must:

  • Be unused

  • Have original ties, packaging, and labels attached

  • Not be brushed, washed, cut, dyed, or altered

4. Deposits & Booking Fees

  • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.

  • Deposits secure your appointment time and are applied as stated in your booking terms.

  • Missed appointments or cancellations outside of the allowed window will result in the loss of your deposit.

5. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Appointments canceled after the 48-hour window will be charged according to the cancellation policy stated at booking.

  • Rescheduling must be done 24–48 hours in advance, or a new deposit may be required.

6. Order Issues & Defective Products

If you believe you received a defective product (excluding hair extensions):

  • Notify me within 72 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos or videos for review

  • If approved, you may receive a replacement or store credit

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
